Eamac Success at National Course

Students from the EAMAC Bushido Ju-Jitsu club recently attended the national course in Wales. The course was split between competition and coaching, where senior instructors from around the country, including Lowestoft, took sessions. There were three different competitions, kata, free fighting, and ground fighting. Despite only two students from EAMAC competing, both came away with medals. Ryan Harvey won gold in both the free fighting and ground fighting categories, with Carl Brown, competing for the first time, took the silver in ground fighting.
