British Ju-Jitsu Association (GB)

The British Ju-Jitsu Association, the BJJA, was originally founded in 1956 by the Late Soke James Blundell (22nd Dec 1921 - 13th Nov 1989)

The BJJA is the National Governing Body for Ju-Jitsu in Great Britain. This organisation is officially recognised by Sport England (part of the UK Sports Council) and by the Ju-jitsu International Federation (JJIF). We are also associated with the Central Council for Physical Recreation (CCPR) and with the National Coaching Foundation - SportsCoachUK.
